The Quilted Tee – Shipping & Turnaround Policy

The Quilted Tee is doing business as (DBA) The Crafty Author, LLC

Effective Date: October 3, 2025

Standard Orders: All quilts are completed within 6 to 8 weeks from the time your shirts/garments are received by The Quilted Tee.

Rush Orders: A 2-week turnaround is available for an additional Rush Service Fee of $99.99.

All orders are shipped via UPS.

Regular Shipping: $49.99 via UPS Ground.

Standard Shipping: Can take up to 2 weeks in addition to the production time.

Rush Shipping: Available for $139.99 via UPS 2nd Day Air.

Please ensure that your shirts and garments are mailed to The Quilted Tee within 30 days of your deposit being placed.

Production timelines begin only after your garments have been received.

Please only send shirts or t-shirts.

Do not send undergarments or other items that are not shirts or t-shirts.

ALL items MUST be washed before any work will be done.

If you prefer, I am happy to wash the shirts for an additional laundering fee of $199.99.
