The Quilted Tee Return Policy


At The Quilted Tee, every item is made with care and attention to detail. Because our products are custom-made and personalized to your unique order, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Important Notes:
- No Returns or Exchanges – All sales are final due to the customized nature of our quilts and apparel.
- Order Accuracy – Please double-check your order details (including spelling, sizes, colors, fabric selections, and design placement) before finalizing your purchase.
- Damaged or Defective Items – If your item arrives damaged or with a workmanship defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at anisa@thequiltedtee.com with photos of the issue. We will review and provide a resolution on a case-by-case basis.
- Shipping Issues – We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by shipping carriers, but we will assist in filing claims where applicable.
